The location was excellent, situated right next to the Universal Studios entrance. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with staff providing friendly and helpful service. Walking distance to the Universal tram made access convenient. A free parking lot was available across the street. Nearby dining options included a strip mall with various eateries.
