Very clean, spacious, and newly renovated with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. The host Azat was very nice, responsive, and went above and beyond by calling his own breakdown recovery service when the rental car had a flat battery. The house was located in a quiet residential area with free street parking close to restaurants and shops.
