The location was consistently praised for being great and close to Santa Monica Pier. The hostel provided clean, safe accommodations with free towels and floor towels. The kitchen stood out as very big, clean, and well-equipped—the best seen in a hostel. Friendly and helpful front desk staff contributed to a pleasant stay. Free beach towels and games were also available on site.
