New, clean apartment had a heated pool, jacuzzi, rooftop terrace with BBQ facilities, and a spacious gym, kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and freezer, bathroom was nice with washing machine and dryer including two types of detergent, private parking was free in a secured garage accessed by sensor, balcony had views of the Hollywood sign.
