The location was very convenient, just a short walk to Union Station and close to public transport options like Amtrak and Metro. The reception was manned, providing helpful service throughout the stay. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities including hot showers. Parking was available for only $5 per night, adding great value in downtown LA. Filtered water and ice machines were located on the floors but occasionally not working.
