The staff was friendly and professional, with special mention to Toni at the front desk. The location offered convenience near UCLA campus and a quieter area outside the city center. Rooms were clean, odor-free, and appeared new. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and featured many options. Lost items were securely kept until retrieval after checkout.
