The house offered a very spacious and comfortable setting, suitable for six people with three bedrooms and additional sleeping areas in the living room. The location was excellent, situated in a nice, safe neighborhood close to freeway access, grocery stores, restaurants, and Universal Studios. Parking accommodated large SUVs easily. The kitchen was well-equipped with a roomy fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The backyard patio added to the outdoor space available.
