The hotel featured a stylish, modern design with light, bright rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. The location was excellent, offering views of Santa Monica Pier and easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly and professional, with valet service noted for exceptional friendliness at all hours. The pool area provided a peaceful retreat despite the city’s energy. Spacious bathrooms included separate vanities in some rooms.
