The staff were outstanding, consistently friendly and helpful from housekeeping to concierge. The hotel was clean with comfortable rooms and a good location close to nice spots in Beverly Hills. The pool was closed for the entire stay without prior notice, which was disappointing as it was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Construction surrounded the hotel causing noise and dust starting early in the morning. A wedding on the second floor caused loud music until 1 am that shook the room during one night.
