Huge luxe rooms had beds like sleeping in a cloud with great views over the beach and private patio with firepit, while the pool was warm but quite small and shallow at 3ft. The gym spread over two floors and jogging station were excellent, and free use of high quality e-bikes was available for cycling along the beach path to Venice. Staff were abundant, helpful, and welcoming, children enjoyed Trick or Treat inside the hotel during Halloween and making smores. Location was great for access to Santa Monica pier and promenade with concierge giving good advice.
