Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen with cooking appliances were in the house, which had private decks and a backyard parking space for small vehicles, outdoor seating areas and a grill were available. The communication with the host was easy and friendly. The location was central, close to the airport, beach, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, downtown Los Angeles within 30 minutes by car, and near many good restaurants. Parking on the street in front of the house was easy in a safe neighborhood near a middle school.
