The hotel was very clean with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious, renovated, and comfortable despite some dated interiors. Free underground parking was available, offering convenient self-service access. The location allowed easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and spas in Koreatown. A bakery stood just across the street from the property.
