A modern, spacious studio in Hollywood offered a safe and clean environment with excellent air conditioning and a large bathroom featuring good water pressure. The apartment included basic kitchen equipment, a washer and dryer with high capacity, and complimentary toiletries. Convenient amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and secured parking were located on the same floor. Trader Joe’s was situated just below the building, while public transport stops were nearby for easy access to local attractions.
