Free, secure parking was key and the apartment had a washer with a big kitchen and dining area. The location was close to Koreatown Plaza with many good restaurants nearby. The apartment was spacious, modern, and had outdoor space to hang out but needed better cleaning as bedding was not clean and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The host was mostly responsive and communicative.
