The staff was friendly and very helpful, providing immediate assistance when needed and useful local tips. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with extremely comfortable beds. Free underground parking was available, along with easy luggage access via a lift. The location offered convenient proximity to Venice Beach and Santa Monica within walking distance. Special offers were provided in collaboration with a nearby restaurant.
