The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Universal Studios with beautiful night views of the park’s lights. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious and clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel featured a Starbucks on-site, adding convenience for guests. A high-quality hairdryer with a narrow nozzle was provided in the room.
