The hotel was located in downtown LA close to the Metro and Crypto arena for hockey with a lobby and bar at the entrance. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious with a full bath tub, fridge, USB ports next to the bedside lamp, and a window that could be opened for fresh air. The staff were friendly and helpful including receptionists and parking valets who gave travel advice but had some confusion about breakfast times and destination fee explanations.
