The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with daily impeccable housekeeping. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the check-in process was unprofessional with immediate full charges including a $70 valet parking fee per night. The pool was cold in August, and cheaper parking options were available nearby despite staff claims otherwise.
