The house was cozy, spacious, beautifully curated with art deco details and paintings, with an enchanting garden and access to a patio with a koi pond. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, well-kept, mostly empty for parking, and close to attractions like Larchmont Village and The Grove/Farmers Market.
